Walking Club

Join WSC friends for a walk on the Radnor trail - weather permitting. Walkers meet at the trail parking lot (520 Conestoga Road). All abilities welcome. Wear comfortable walking shoes.

Come enjoy a light breakfast followed by an informative presentation that will help you make confident, informed choices for the future. The Quadrangle will explore key factors to consider when deciding whether to stay in your home or consider new living options.

Sit, Move, Stretch

This class offers seated or standing: cardio movement, strengthening, deep breathing, and stretching. In-Person fees - free for WSC members, $3 for non-members.
