Join us for Fresh Start—our new, nutritious and delicious breakfast program! Breakfast will be served every Tuesday and Thursdayfrom 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. Cost is $3. Meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early! Please note: the menu is subject to change.

Negar Jahanbin from Synergy Homecare will lead a fun and interactive drumming workshop for all. Drum circles can reduce tension, anxiety, and help you to feel calm and relaxed. It can also incite laughter and humor while generating positive energy. Join us for a fun time!

This class offers seated or standing: cardio movement, strengthening, deep breathing, and stretching. In-Person fees - free for WSC members, $3 for non-members.
