Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise involving a series of graceful movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Excellent for strengthening balance and promoting stress reduction. In-Person fees - $5 for WSC members, $10 for non-members.
The luncheon will include a delicious dinner with mixed greens salad, stuffed shells, pasta with broccoli, dessert, and sparkling apple cider. We are thrilled that this special meal will be served by the Valley Forge military cadets.
