Be CONNECTED
The SupportNet Social Services program connects older adults and their families to important information and resources to support healthy aging. Whether it is assistance with Medicare, finding in home support, applying for SNAP food benefits, or help with next steps for housing, our social worker is available to help navigate these complex systems and ensure older adults and their families have access to all the resources needed to support independence.

One of the most beneficial activities for healthy and active aging is socialization within a community of like minded individuals. With this focus in mind, we offer a variety of programs that celebrate the benefits of community connections. From our monthly “Dinner with Friends”, a casual gathering of good food and conversation, to our Grief & Loss Support Group, there are many opportunities to engage with our community.
