Tai Chi (In Center and Virtual)

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise involving a series of graceful movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Excellent for strengthening balance and promoting stress reduction. In-Person fees - $5 for WSC members, $10 for non-members.

Fool Around with Ukes (In Center)

Dust off your ukes and join Barbara Van Clief (Barley) for a few practice sessions. Learn to play various popular songs with a group of individuals who share your passion for music!

Memoir Writing (Virtual)

Join Sara Wenger, MFA for a memoir writing workshop. Sara will share memoir excerpts as well as writing exercises to help you write your unique life experiences so they can be passed on to children, grandchildren, friends and others. No prior writing experience is necessary! The class is appropriate for both novice and seasoned writers

The Men’s Group (In Center)

From family stories, thoughts on retirement, to the news and a good joke, come enjoy the company of other men! This men's only meeting is an opportunity to chat about whatever is on your mind. You may enjoy the Center lunch or bring your own if you wish. Drinks and dessert will be provided.

Cards and Games: Open Play (In Center)

Join us for an afternoon playing games of your choice- Poker, gin rummy, pinochle, mahjong etc. Meet a new friend and start a game of your own. Mahjong teachers/leaders feel free to bring your game set!

Chair Yoga (In Person and Virtual)

A well-rounded class that will help with balance, strengthening, and relaxation. Have a sturdy chair available. All abilities welcome. In-Person fees - $3 for WSC members, $6 for non-members.

Refresher Bridge (In Center)

Brush up on your bridge skills with Lawrie Stetson and Dave Heron. Must have previous bridge experience.
