Cardio Drumming with Andrea

Join Andrea once a month for a fun, rhythmic, seated exercise class that gets you moving and grooving. This month we will be drumming to festive holiday music! Each month will have a fun theme! $3 for members, $6 non-members

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise involving a series of graceful movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Excellent for strengthening balance and promoting stress reduction. In-Person fees - $5 for WSC members, $10 for non-members.

Fitness Trainer Help

Do you need assistance with the fitness center equipment? Stop by to see fitness trainer Kenny to get help with the equipment and ask questions about your fitness routine. You must be a fitness center member.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion using light weights, stretch bands, and exercise balls.

Large Jenga Game

Test your Jenga skills by trying to remove one block at a time without making the tower fall over!

Zumba Gold

Keep your body moving, enjoy lively music, and have fun dancing your cares away. $3 members / $6 non-members

Sit, Move, Stretch

This class offers seated or standing: cardio movement, strengthening, deep breathing, and stretching. In-Person fees - free for WSC members, $3 for non-members.

The Men’s Group

Catch up with friends over lunch and discuss topics related to men’s lives - hobbies, family stories, retirement, career reflections, mental & physical health, or whatever else is on your mind. Call to reserve a Center lunch, bring your own, or just stop by to chat.

Cards and Games: Open Play

Join us for an afternoon playing games of your choice- Poker, gin rummy, pinochle, mahjong etc. Meet a new friend and start a game of your own. Mahjong teachers/leaders feel free to bring your game set!

Senior Circuit

Join us for a dynamic strength-building, full-body workout utilizing bands, weights, and balls as we cycle through various stations.

Chair Yoga

A well-rounded class that will help with balance, strengthening, and relaxation. Have a sturdy chair available. All abilities welcome. In-Person fees - $3 for WSC members, $6 for non-members.

Refresher Bridge

Brush up on your bridge skills with Lawrie Stetson and Dave Heron. Must have previous bridge experience.
